Hello,

I am having various problems with the section access in Qlik Sense. My section access has three reducing fields and when in one of them is used * with ACCESS USER, access is denied.

For this reason, I would like to know exactly the difference between the ACCESS types: USER and ADMIN, and if it has any consequence set all users as ACCESS ADMIN.

Thank you.

If you set everyone to ADMIN, they will all have access to all data. Read more here.

The important tip in the Help is this:

"The wildcard, character *, in this row refers only to all values within the section access table."

I think I would solve your problem by creating an intermediate table, in section application, that specifies all the values that each user gets to see. Create a key field that is the link to the section access.
