topic closest geo-operation not working as expected in App Development

I have my FROM and TO tables and information populated in the closest geo-analytics connector. I have 2 points that are well within the range I set as miles in my configuration. Upon running the script, the 2 points have no route/lines although they are well within reach of the set miles. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
