I have data like below

Region,Year,Quantity

AP,2019,400

Europe,2020,400

I need to convert the data into below format

Region,Year,Quarter,Quantity

AP,2019,Q1,100

AP,2019,Q2,100

AP,2019,Q3,100

AP,2019,Q4,100

Europe 2020,Q1,100

Europe 2020,Q2,100

Europe 2020,Q3,100

Kindly help me to achieve this

You need to have dates or quarterly data to derive this information.
