Selection Pane Data filtration should be based on AD User preferences

Hi All,

Here I am trying to implement a solution and facing a challenge. Hope that someone could provide me with best possible solution.

Our client has all their users within their AD.

For e.g:

* If AD users are from "Colombo District" when they login to the hub and when they see their app, it should also be filtered with "Colombo District".

* If AD users are from "chennai District" when they login to the hub and when they see their app, it should also be filtered with "Chennai District".

Suggest me with all the possible solution. Also suggest me is there any possible way to use AD (Globally unique identifier) id for the above mentioned purpose.
