Can we restrict custom theme to a particular dashboard?

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know if we can restrict custom theme to a particular dashboard .

I am aware that theme will be globally available for all the users and applications, can we restrict it somehow to be available for a particular dashboard?

Any help/suggestion on this will be really helpful
