Combo Chart Previous Year and Monthly current Year

I am using QS Enterprise 06/2019 release. I am working on a Combo Chart with Months as Dimension and using the 2 expressions as below

Bars- COunt({<[Cal Year]={$(=Max([Cal Year]))}>} Distinct CustomerID)

Line(Cumualative for Current Year) -RangeSum(Above(TOTAL COunt({<[Cal Year]={$(=Max([Cal Year]))}>} Distinct CustomerID), 1, RowNo(TOTAL)))

Please see the attached desired result. I want to show the Bars for current year (Jan-Oct) and a single bar call "Baseline" which will be the total of Previous year (2019) and a Bar for Target.

How I can accomplish this

not sure if this is the best way but i think you may need to use value list . see below url for reference.

basically your value list will be (previous year, jan, feb,...dec, total)
