Maximum inside sum function

I am getting error while using the following expression:

sum(max([Counter])-max(Before_mil))

Could anyone please help on this.

nested aggregation is not allowed.

why not just max([Counter])-max(Before_mil)?

explain scenario more

sum(Aggr(max([Counter])-max(Before_mil),Dimension))

Nested aggregation is possible in Aggr function.
