Year on year comparison pivot table

I would like to make a year on year comparison in a pivottable. So I would like to calculate Amount1 2019- Amount3 2020, Amount2 2019- Amount4 2020 and create an additional column which displays the result of the difference,

Data looks like this

WS Market Year Total Cost

FCO NAM 2019 Amount1

I tried several options from the examples in the forum but they all returned a value 0 in the column, which is not correct

I am not very clear with the requirement.

Can you give us dummy data and required output so we can work on.
