topic Sankey diagram more than 100% or negative for certain drilldowns in App Development

We are using a drill down group in our sankey diagram with a percentage measure. Sometimes depending on the kind of drill down, the sankey shows over 100% or negative percent. Any ideas why this might be happening? We are using "total" in the denominator of our sankey measure to get a percent. We are also using an AGGR function as some condition, but taking the AGGR does not seem to fix the issue.
