Changing Standard variables in the QLik Sense Server

Hello Masters,

I need help! I have created a script to send me an email every time the user makes a new reload, I inserted it using an include statement, but I have to insert it manually.

I want to set that for all new app created by the user this include statement already was being created. I believe should be possible to create that on the initial default variables generated by QLik (These ones below). Is it possible? Is there a XML, config, info file to set it in qlik sense server?
