    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know specifically but it looks like somebody changed one of the security rules. There is one in particular that would grant access to all documents in the hub but there are a thousand ways to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rule I am thinking of is the root admin rule, if you change it to be applicable to the hub and QMC then any user with root admin&amp;nbsp; role will have access to all documents in the hub regardless of weather they are published or not. You should probably look at the audit screens in the qmc to get a better idea of what rules are causing the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>
