Unable to send mail in QlikSense

Hi All,

We are trying a new thing in our environment, when a app gets publish from hub, the mail has to be sent to the respective leads. Once the app been published or unpublished there should be mail sent to respective leads and developers.

Kindly provide the solution if any.

Hi Palagala,

You can check the logs that are written at the time that something is published.

Then you can read this with a task for every minute and check the log what is done.

If you find anything that says publish or unpublish, you can set a trigger for an email.

Is there any other way, because we are trying to notify the users and heads on the publish of app on approval of the app publish. So we need to setup a new configuration for that can anyone provide the solutions having with you.

But you can't make anything automatic if you don't have any data. So that means that you will have to do something manually, and you can already send an email to people via Outlook.
