this dataset represent a daily fingerprint for X company employees, each row is represent a scan of finger while the ID is represent the employee itself.

How Can I calculate the absences based on the attached data?

I think you need to have present the actives number as a reference to be compare vs. the attendance.

I can se in your data that the actives number is 286 with that information you can calculate de absences with some formula like this:

286-(Count (distinct ID))
