      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached a spreadsheet to show the information I am referring to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I need to color the columns based on conditions. If the Complete field has an x, then it should be blue. The first column that doesn't have an x in Complete is the step the item is at, and it should be green. If the column has exceeded the baseline in days, it should be red.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I also want to show a text box above the table that shows the step that the item is at based on the first column for Complete being blank. (I am basing display of table data based on GetFieldSelections function)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bruce&lt;/P&gt;</description>
