Problem with Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Hey all,

I need help with my issue and will greatly appreciate your support.

when i type a request i got the following massage "Unable to generate insights - Please try again later"

i checked the certificate with Qlik validator and everything is ok

the NLBroker log show an error "Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 51.38.241.50:4952"

I added an inbound rule for the port 4952 but stil not working

Any idea plz ?
