Hi everybody.

We have a issue with visualizations.

Our environment is multi-node (different servers for PG, Central, Engine, Proxy and Filehsare).

We recently made out a migration (clean installation + export and import apps, extensions and connections). Migration was from February 2019 to September 2020.

Some imported applications have errors in visualizations (Invalid visualization). When it was extensions only, we suggest update it or replace it. But in the case of native graphics we do not know why or how to solve it.

Has it ever happened to you? how could you solve it?

thks in advance.

We dont need to recreate them, but we need to hit refresh to see if it works. Most of the time it works at firs try. Our concern is because it happens not to all users but is annoying to those who happening. It happens randomly.

Our app is not too large: 400,000 regs. one single table. and the object is one hierarchy dimmension and 4 measures.

Hi,

Did you figure out what caused this issue and maybe the solution as well? We are currently encountering the same issue and trying to understand why it happens...

Same here.

For some users, the dimensions are colored with red lines and it says invalid dimension. For some users, however, it only appears for a second and changes back to normal. Some users have no problems at all. We have noticed that this only occurs with applications that have been migrated from another server and imported to this new one.
