How to highlight selected Countries in a concatenated string of countries?

Hi there,

I have a table in the user interface of Qlik Sense.

What I would like to do is highlight the selected countries in one of the columns.

The column looks like this:

The expression behind this Countries column is: Concat(Distinct Countries, ', ')

I have a filter pane outside of this table where users can filter on the Countries field.

How can I make the above column highlight the selected countries and also show the other countries?

For example in the above, if I select Spain, the Mexico, Spain in the last row should be highlighted like this. Above that the Spain alone value should also be in red.

If I select multiple countries, they should be highlighted where the value is present.

I can see a "Text colour option" available in Dimensions so wondering if an expression could work.
