Second First Date: Dimension and Measure

I would need to have two formulas:
1) given the second date, give me a dimension associated with that date
2) given the second date, give me a measure associated with the size that refers to this first date

Example:

Date | Document Name | Document Value

01/01/2021 Name1 100€

05/03/2021 Name2 50€

So i need a that write in a column "Name2" because its date is the second date, and i need another formula for the value "50€" for the same reason.

Please, help me
