Qlikview Converter Gateway timeout

each time I try to convert a QVW to Qliksense

it does not work and this message appears

PS I tried to reduce the app to no data but still the message appears.

Please follow below steps:

1- Reduce the data on QVW file as much as possible. Even better: drop all data. (File > Reduce Data > Remove all values)

2- Save the file in a new path with a new name.

3- Remove any macro on the module

4- Close your QlikView Local Client and make sure it is not running in the background.

If issue persists, please follow:

Could you please kill the node.exe that corresponds to converterservice, make sure that it does respawn, then try the conversion again.
Kill the node.exe that corresponds to converterservice and it will be respawned, then conversion will work.

(Note: Make sure you add Command Line and only kill node.exe that corresponds to converterservice)
