    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have looked around and I was not able to find any info that I could use, so I turn to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to make borders around specific measures, and to bold the text within the label as well measure values?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
