Hello,

I want to add a reload button to an app. I've tried some extensions from the qlik garden. With my account (professional access) I can reload the app. But our users (analyzer capacity licences) can't reload the app.

What do I wrong?

Try to assign a professional license to an analyzer user (a user that doesn't have any admin role) to check if that's the reason, if having professional access still can't reload try to change security rules like this: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Deployment-Management/Security-Rule-to-allow-users-to-reload-published-apps/td-p/1334810
