Table - Insert line function, bold text and font format

Hi all,

I am developing a table from data. I need to include data from two column in to one cell. I am using concatenate function. After concatenate, I need to put the data in next line (Repatha) and make it bold and change its font. However, when I apply formula, it gets added i n one line, though not able to shift in on another and make it bold or change color.

Column 1 Column 2 New Column

PCSK9 Repatha PCSK9

(Repatha)

Any guidance would be helpful.
