    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to use Qlik native bar chart, you have to create a synthetic dimension with the name of your Measures and use one measure with if function according to the dimension values.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;this might have an effect on performance though.&lt;BR /&gt;another option is to use &lt;A href="https://community.vizlib.com/support/solutions/articles/35000112147-vizlib-bar-chart-introduction" target="_self"&gt;Vizlib bar chart&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;where you can define the color for individual measures&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to create a bar chart with one dimension - Product and two measures - Target Vs Actual, where the color for Target bar is Grey (i.e.fixed ), but the color of Actuals must be red if actuals &amp;gt; target , else it has to be blue as shown in the&amp;nbsp; screenshot here.
