Table visualisation with column extracted from different dimensions.

Hey! I'm pretty new to Qlik sense and I'm having trouble creating this table view, I want to implement from excel.

The excel table I want to visualize in Qlik is simply this:

This might be really simple, but I just can't figure out how to do it properly. I have linked a dummy data excel file, how the data is currently setup.

Can anybody help here?

@sebHan can you share a formula of MTD, KPI and LY MTD ?

Hey!

The numbers are directly drawn from a database.

However, in the table the number for MTD is for Period = actual and Period type = MTD, similar MTD LY is the sum of Period = LY and Period_Type = MTD. Further for MTD KPI, it is the sum for Period = KPI and Period type = MTD.
