Downloading data from visualization in Qlik Sense Cloud is unreliable

Hi all,

On Qlik Cloud when I try to download the data in a visualization, it frequently fails. It'll spin on "Generating your file" for a bit and then throw the error "Something went wrong. Please try again."

Does anyone know what causes this?

Also, is there any kind of a workaround to get data OUT of an app? I can upload files to the file locations on Qlik Cloud, but it doesn't seem like there's any way I can download them, and there doesn't appear to be a way to Copy the entire contents of a table, only one cell at a time.

Seems to be better now, so presumably it was a problem in a certain version of the software that has been upgraded by now.
