Condition on a Pivot table

Hi,

I have to make a pivot with this size. In the case 1 we have only one COMMESSA for each WBS. In this case the pivot is right because i have the date for the balanced hours . In the case 2, instead, i have more COMMESSA for one WBS and so the pivot aggregs the total hours of WBS for each COMMESSA. I have to calculate the balanced hours like a percent (sum(hours_allocated)/sum(total(hour_allocated))*sum(total(balanced_hours)).

The problem are the condition for this two different cases. How is possible to calcolate the count(total(COMMESSA)) in a WBS? This have to stay indipendent of the current selection.
