&lt;P&gt;If you have configured your environment so that applications are "pinned" to only reload on a dedicated node, then if that node is not operational at the time, then the application will not be reloaded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suppose I have a multi node environment, Node A &amp;amp; Node B (both with all service)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Load balance rule&amp;nbsp; set for&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;# App A to reload by node A&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;# App B to reload by node B&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would like to know if Node B is down, will the App B auto move to run and reload by Node A or it will just stop and wait for reboot of node B&lt;/P&gt;</description>
