Map Format Qlik Sense

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create a map chart and I'm using this tutorial that I've found on the website (https://help.qlik.com/it-IT/sense/August2021/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Visualizations/Map/map-backgroundimage-example.htm).

My issue is that I can't select the right map format and the only one available is TMS. I don't understand why.

Can somebody help me, please?

Hi ,
From the link you provided, you are following a guide for Qlik Sense August 2021. Are you sure that you have Qlik Sense August 2021 or latest versions of Qlik Sense installed on your computer?
Can you check and confirm your version of Qlik Sense? Go to hub and click ABOUT.

Soon we'll install the update on the server because we're running a Nov 2018 version now.

@Joseph_Musekura we installed the last update and now I can see the option!

In the next days I hope I can try this feature.
