Add rows and value based on previous and current value

Hi Team,

I'm working on a data to add rows and values based on previous row and current row.

If the previous row says 'n' and current row says 'n+2', I want to allocate the values from 'n' till 'n+2' to the current row.

Above picture explains the I/P and O/P required. Can someone please help? Attached is sample data set
