topic Qlik Report in App Development

Hi everyone! I have a bunch of reports in access and I'm looking to transfer them over to Qlik. Is it possible to create something that looks more like a manning report (example attached)? It needs to have automatic headers that can be sorted and grouped and easily pulled just like a MS Access report.

Thanks!

Jen
