Distribution of qliksense reports via n printing version April 2020

Hi Team,

I have a dashboard that has the information like below :-

Agent | Team lead | Date | Sales

Supriya | Akash | 12-april-2021 | 4500

Rahul| Paul| 15-Dec-2021| 5600

I need to distribute this data in a way that each team lead should get their report via n printing in qliksense .

For instance , Akash should only receive his associated data ? is it possible to do it ?

If yes, can anyone please explain how can we do it as I am new to qliksense n printing

Hi, first you need to knoe wich value you need to fielter for each agent in the app, if it's just the Agent you can create a Filter for each Agent, one to filter the field Agent with the value 'Supriya' and another to filter 'Rahul'.

Then you crate each user in Nprinting to be used as recipiente, and set the filter of each user, each one with their correspondent filter. This user filter will make that the user only receives data that matches it's filter.
