How to Achieve this chart in Qlik Sense

I really need help in defining the condition please suggest.

1. we have 2 dates, order date and execution date, and measure as count(IDs) based on the execution date

2. Measure should show the count of IDs which are getting executed.

3. in X axis at the end 0 refers to current Month end. and when we over the mouse on yellow line at the end it should show that 40 Days for the Jan Month end.

@rwunderlich @Gysbert_Wassenaar @Michael_Tarallo any other experts please help me.
