Using VizLib Container - Show/Hide condition question

Good Afternoon

We are currently using Vizlib, specifically container.

This container contains 2 masteritems. We'll call the first Lease, the 2nd LeaseHolding

Variable - 0 is Lease, 1 is Leaseholding

What we are trying to figure out is, when someone reaches this sheet with the container, we want it to se the variable of 0, so this shows Lease. We are using "Active Condition" with the fx as ='showHide_KPI - Lease' = 0

For LeaseHodling, we are using 'showHide_KPI - Lease' >0

But then when we click an Orb on that sheet, which changes the Variable into 1, it doesn't show Leaseholding, and just sits there with the first one, Lease

Can someone help to see what am I doing wrong? I can try to make it clearer maybe if this is abit convulted
