Document Chaining - May 2021 SR2 Qlik upgrade

Hello All,

I have a button on one of my Qlikview apps which links (document chaining) to another Qlikview app. When opening the app from the development access point, I am receiving the following error "Failed to open document, file not found". The button currently uses [Actions --> Open QlikView Document]

However, when I am in the .qvw itself and click the button which contains the aforementioned action, it works seamlessly.

Alternatively, when I use [Actions --> Open URL] the button works perfectly from the access point.

Does anyone know why [Actions --> Open QlikView Document] would generate the above error and if there is a solution?

Additional Info: I am currently using the May 2021 SR2 patch.
