    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your QMC is already whitelisted in your company domain then it may be the issue with your User Directory Connections&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never installed a Qlik server but maybe at the time of installation something went wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you open Qlik Sense HUB or is it just the QMC?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If UDC is all good then it can be Sense certificates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a problem with my qliksense server after migration(November 2017)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;old machine is qsserver1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new machine is qsserver2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;old machine qsserver1 has 10 windows authentication users&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for example,&lt;BR /&gt;I use account qsserver1\user1 cannot login on machine qsserver2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone tell me how to fix it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regard ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;We don't set any AD or other UDC&lt;BR /&gt;We only use Windows local user to login Qliksense server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ex. user1-user9 is Windows account on qsserver1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after i migrate the qsserver1 to qsserver2 &lt;BR /&gt;qsserver2\user1 cannot login&amp;nbsp; both QMC and HUB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your suggestion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
