Qlik cloud reload app with section access but do not have data access

Hi,

I have a published app in Qlik Cloud which having "Section Access" control.

I am handling the admin tasks to reload app, however my user does not prefer I could view any data in the dashboard.

Is it possible ? How should I set the section access?
