Coloured Column Lengths in Qlik Sense Table

I am creating a similar table in Qlik Sense app and want to immitate the lenth of bars in the column VAR to 5WK% using the background color expression. The length of bars either positive or negative should correspond to the total (62%) in the top row.

I will appreciate the help.

Nice to see it works except for aligning minichart around 0 to get positive and negative values aligned.

Of course you will have to adapt this trick with your mesure but it should work
