Create texts and images dynamically

Hello,

I am trying to create a dynamic template using a combinaison of text and images.

I am using a template of a licence's driver, and I would like to insert on this template, texts and images that will be dynamic, filtering on the driver's name.

For the text, I have tried to ajust the position, but i can't move it easily.

And for the images, I can't make them dynamic. I would like to make the driver's picture and the nationality's flag beeing dynamic. In addition to being able to position the images.

I haven't found an updated extension to successfully do what I want.

I've made a screenshot of the template to understand better my resquest.
