Calculating sum QTY between today and selectionned date

Hi I'm working on associated script to calculating the sum of qty between the field "today" and the selectionned date "IPTDATE" For example when I select 10/05/2022 it will calculated stock based on all movement occured between today "21/05/2022" and "10/05/2022"

To clarify the idea for a bit I have movement of income and outcome for a specified item and I want to calculate some of qty of all income and soustract all outcome

For example if the curent stock is 100 and when I select 10/05/2022 the system shall 100-(sum((20+30)+

(- 24+(-40))

N.B:delivery and outcome are negative value

and also expected output and also some explanation on how the required output is to be evaluated
