How to load jira file that has same column names into qlik sense

Hello All,

I'm working on creating a jira dashboard in qlik exporting jira board into csv file. I see the the csv is containing the same column names while exported from csv. For example in the attached sample file i have a parent jira and under that i have 3 dependency jiras but the column names are same for all the 3 dependency jiras. I want to load that all 3 dependency jiras under one column. Please can someone let me know how to achieve the expected out referred to excel.

maybe you can use the crosstab function? https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/May2022/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/LoadData/work-with-cross-tables.htm
