How to preserve bookmarks on Qlik Sense application update

Our customers have own bookmarks and when updating the QLIK Apps on customer site the bookmarks are always lost and need to be recreated (we send them apps without bookmarks)

Is there any possibility to preserve bookmarks on update?

Bookmarks should be preserved as long as you re-publish the app rather than publishing a new app (with a new ID). I'd suggest looking at the process and making sure that the apps are being republished correctly.

Bookmarks are kept as long as your Publish the app over the Old Version.

If they are losing them it looks like the are removing the old and publishing the new, So Qlik would handle it as a brand new app.

You are saying about re-publishing which is only option for 'duplicated' applications, only for working copy, right?

By 'new version' i mean that i update app on my system and export it to client. Then they import and replace old app.

I know there is the key word 'REPLACE', but maybe is the way to keep bookmarks?
