Is it a way to create a Reload button that more than the App owner can use?

The possibility to be able to add a button for reloading an App added in May 2022 seems very useful as an idea.

But, from the manual:

You can reload data in an app that you own. App users need the appropriate access rights. For more information, see Designing access control.

For published App, the functionality seems very limited then, if only the App owner can trigger it. Is there a way around this, or a plan to expand this to make it useful for more than the owner? I mean, any user with the right privileges can trigger a reload by logging into QMC, which is the way we do it currently, but it would be very handy to use a reload button in the App instead.
