How can i calculate the Average talk time in hh:mm:ss in QlikSense ?

Hello,

Perhaps something like this will help:

1. I have the following dataset:

2. I have create a table with the following details:

Dimension: Agent
Measure: Sum([Duration (ss)])
Measure: Count([Duration (ss)])
Measure: Sum([Duration (ss)])/Count([Duration (ss)])
Measure: Interval(Sum([Duration (ss)])/Count([Duration (ss)])/86400)

3. Outcome is:

As you can see, it has properly counted 1 minute and 27 seconds.
