Deleting private bookmark

Hello,

Our client has a problem with bookmarks in app.

The issue is that we have an app with some public bookmarks (all works correctly), none is default bookmark.
When opening this app there is an informatin panel appearing:

After deleting all bookmarks the error is still appearing.

We checked and it occurs that there are some private bookmarks, so we are wondering if it can cause such an error.

And here is problem cause user who created them is unavailable for longer time and we are wondering if there is any posiibilllity to delete these bookmarks?

or maybe you know other ways to solve problem with mentioned error?

Hi @w_a

Might be an options if you don't have community sheets, Duplicate the app and then remove the published app. Then republish, this will then be alike a new app and any private bookmarks will be gone. Only thing it will be like a new app, so not just bookmarks, stories and community sheets would be gone to.

Thanks for reply! I was trying to do that, but that not worked. I duplicated and published app there is the same error appearing.

Maybe there may be another issue than private bookmarks which provide such an error?
