Displaying text as a measure in a pivot chart

Hello all, I have the dataset as follows, I can get the rows as the Activity Types and the Plan Type as the Columns, but I cannot figure out how to get the Activity Name as the dimension, there could be a many to many relationship, such as the Function one can have 2 Evaluates as well.

The overall goal is to determine what Plan Types have Which Activity Types and what those Activity Names are

The data looks fine in itself - how are you trying to use the data? Can you give us a sketch of the result you want?

I managed to get it completed using the VisLib charts. In the normal charts, when I removed the function (sum, avg, min, max) all I was getting was a blank grid.
