Nprinting How to install a 3rd party Certificate (wild Card Certificate)

Hello Qlikers,

so am having an issue with a On-Demand Reporting button when clicking on it it gives (Unable to connect to the server)

and when checking the developer tools, the error shows (Err_ssl_protocol_error)

so how do solve this issue, and if so how do i install 3rd party (wild card certification) into Nprinting ?

SSL error may simply be due to the fact that NPrinting comes with a qlik certificate unusable in non qlik environments.
