topic Share Button - Fields with a question mark problems in App Development

I am currently working on an app that uses the Share button found in the Qlik Sense Dashboard bundle. The data model I am using has a lot of fields that contain a question mark as a character in the filter options. When using the Share button, the question mark becomes '%3f' in the URL and this is fine. However, when pasting the URL into a web browser, Qlik will not recognize anything in the URL starting with the '%3f' and anything after. Even if I change the '%3f' to a '?', no change.

For Example, I created a small table where the Criteria field has 4 options: Q9, Q9?, P11, P11?. It also has an Assessment field that has 2 options: Y and N. If I select the Criteria Options of Q9 and/or P11 along with the Assessment option of Y or N and use the Share button, Qlik honors the URL and it works as expected. The URL is:

https://servername/sense/app/appid/sheet/sheetid/state/analysis/options/clearselections/select/criteria/Q9/select/assesement/Y

If I select the Criteria options of Q9 and P11? along with the Assessment option of Y, the ULR is:

https://servername/sense/app/appid/sheet/sheetid/state/analysis/options/clearselections/select/criteria/Q9;P11%3f/select/assesement/Y

When pasted into a browser URL bar, the '%3f' and everything after is ignored. This means the Criteria options of Q9 and P11 are used (not P11?) and the Assessment option is completely dropped.

Has anyone experienced this before and found a solution? I know the Share button has been deprecated, being replaced with Bookmarks, but the button still "works" and our app owners still want to use it.

Thanks.
