Data disappears after Concatenate

Trying to Concatenate two tables.

No matter if all fields are new, old or mixed new data never added to the main table.

If I load data into different table I either end with symlinks (which is logical) or I use different field names and data is there.

But once I concatenate with my main table, everything dissapears.

That isn't correct behavior I suppose.

most of the time, when something like that happens, the reason it's that you forget some Drop Table.

try to search for the name of the first table with the statement "Drop" in your script.
