Hi mto‌,

we are haven issue with export to pdf/ppt.

The informations (paragraph, shapes library) are unfocus when we export to this extensios file.

Thanks you mto‌ to open this new case.

I am a Qlik customer, and we had a call on Tuesday with a Qlik professional.

I am using a Qlik Sense June 2018 release and create my story, add the embedded sheet, write some texts on the paragraph and add the shape library.

When I export to PDF or PPT, the information is unfocus, as you can see on the attached files.

I founded the information from release notes from my version that talk about some know issue:

So I created this quickly and used the default export settings when exporting the story - using Qlik Sense September 2018 and seems OK.

Perhaps this a bug in June 2018 - I'll check on my other system

So I tried with June 2018 - I reproduced it - seems to be an issue that is fixed in Sept 2018

it looks blurry in my PDF as well.

For now mto‌, I need wait to update my environment to this version.

I think maybe next month we will update our Test environment.

Or the Qlik Sense Cloud is in the new version?
