Master Items issue

Hi,

I experience issue with master items section. I can add object to the master items visualization, and this is visible there but once I try to drag and drop this object there is no data available, I can't see this object. I can only modify this using edit option directly from the list.

Also, sometimes I am not able to add object to master items as well. There is no error visible however object is not available in the master items list.

Can you please advise what to do and what can cause this problem?
